VIVA’s Global Centrex solution can connect multiple offices across the globe. It utilizes innovative architecture in which the central servers perform call management and billing functions whereas the customer premises equipment devices, such as IP phones, deliver IP Centrex functionality. Due to its flexible architecture, VIVA’s Global Centrex offers high fault-tolerance and greater availability.

This allows for everyone across global offices to be available on extensions; provides the ability to pull together the right people for multi-party conferences; and provides follow-me capability of key resources.
